These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Buzima (“Buzima,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the Service, doing business as Buzima. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and version above. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

Buzima is a personal life-operating system that helps you plan and organize aspects of your life. Depending on your plan and what we make available, the Service may include features such as:

• Ambitions, vision, goals, milestones, and projects
• Tasks, calendar views, habits, and routines
• Journaling and related writing tools
• Nutrition and meal planning
• Finance and budgeting tools
• Relationships and personal CRM-style notes
• Workflows, automations, and dashboards
• AI-assisted guidance, drafting, coaching-style prompts, and recommendations (“AI Features”)

Feature availability varies by plan, region, device, integrations you connect, and product stage. Some modules may be labeled beta, preview, or coming soon and may change or be removed.

The Service is provided for personal productivity and self-management. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other licensed advice.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us promptly at support@buzima.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Use one account per person unless we expressly allow otherwise

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to implement reasonable security measures.

Paid Service. Buzima charges live fees for Pro through Stripe. Current published prices are $19.99/mo and $204.99/yr, billed in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply. The Pricing page and in-product checkout show the amount due before you pay. We may change prices prospectively; a change takes effect on the next renewal after we post it, unless law requires otherwise.

Account trial. New accounts receive 14 days of full access from the date the account is created. A card is not required to start that trial. When the trial ends, continued full access requires an active Pro subscription.

Subscriptions. If you start a paid subscription, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the selected plan on a recurring basis until you cancel. Monthly Pro renews each month. Annual Pro is billed once per year and does not include a Stripe trial. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not on Buzima servers.

Optional Stripe trial. Monthly checkout may offer an optional 14-day Stripe trial. If you do not cancel before that trial ends, the subscription converts to paid monthly Pro. Choosing subscribe-now bills immediately. Annual checkout has no trial.

Cancellations. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal or account settings we provide, or by contacting support@buzima.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access until then unless we state otherwise.

Refunds. Except where required by law or expressly promised at purchase, fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@buzima.com promptly.

Non-payment. We may suspend or end paid access if payment fails, after reasonable notice where required.

“User Content” means anything you submit, create, upload, sync, or store in the Service — including goals, tasks, journal entries, notes, meal plans, budgets, relationship notes, files, prompts, and settings.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create technical derivatives of User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service to you (including backups, sync, search indexing, and AI Features you choose to use).

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not:

• Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
• Violate applicable law
• Contain malware or harmful code
• Include content you are not authorized to share

You can delete User Content or close your account through available product controls, subject to residual copies in backups for a limited period and legal retention obligations.

The Service may include AI Features that generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, plans, prompts, coaching-style language, or other outputs (“Outputs”). Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate for your situation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Features are for informational and personal productivity support only
• Outputs are not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice
• You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on Outputs
• You should independently verify important facts, and consult a qualified professional for health, legal, or financial decisions
• Features that discuss energy, rest, nutrition, habits, mood, or similar topics are wellness and productivity tools, not clinical care or diagnosis

Do not use the Service for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

To provide AI Features, prompts and relevant context from your account may be processed by us and by subprocessors (such as model providers) under our privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable processing for that purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or store illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of systems without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated load)
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except through documented interfaces we expressly allow
• Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law prohibits this restriction
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our permission
• Use AI Features to generate content that violates law, or to automate abuse of third-party platforms
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, billing, or security controls

We may investigate and take action for violations, including suspension or termination.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third parties such as authentication and hosting providers, payment processors (for example Stripe), AI model providers, calendar or productivity connectors, banking/aggregation providers (where offered), mapping or weather providers, and communications vendors.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Connecting an integration authorizes us to exchange data with that provider as needed to provide the connected feature.

Financial-account linking (where available) is provided through third-party aggregation partners. We do not provide banking services. Account credentials for financial institutions are handled according to the partner’s and our privacy practices; review those carefully before connecting.

How we collect, use, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data practices, the Privacy Policy controls for that subject.

The Service — including software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and brand elements — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, contact support@buzima.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate.

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI Features, with or without notice, subject to applicable law and any paid-plan commitments we expressly make.

Beta, experimental, or preview features are provided as-is, may be less reliable, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Some data may be stored locally on your device as well as in our cloud systems. Clearing browser storage, switching devices, or using offline features may affect what you see until sync completes. You are responsible for exporting or backing up important User Content where the product provides export tools.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure through available settings or by contacting support@buzima.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, if your use creates risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that User Content or Outputs will be accurate or complete.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers; in those places, disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZIMA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise) and form an essential basis of the bargain. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain liabilities for fraud or personal injury where such limits are prohibited).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buzima and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Service or Outputs; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence require otherwise. Those mandatory rights are not waived.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@buzima.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. If we cannot resolve it, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to use another forum.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, plus any plan-specific or feature-specific terms we present and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Export & sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices. We may provide notices via the Service, email, or your account. Notices to us should go to support@buzima.com.
